SIL Themes for 2024
The International Day of Human Fraternity was established by the United Nations General Assembly on December 21, 2020, as a way to promote greater cultural and religious tolerance. In times of needs, especially as we are learning to live with COVID-19, it is important for us to recognise the valuable contribution of people of all religions, or beliefs, to humanity and the contribution that dialogue among all religious groups can make towards an improved awareness and understanding of the common values shared by all humankind. Hence we have included reflection questions related to Human Fraternity for our SIL in 2023.Â
